Don't worry folks, I am still working on the New Zelda 64 Planet, I was just out of town for the last week. The update is getting closer to completion and the site is looking better and better. Expect printable versions of some pages and an interview with the programmer of "Graal", Stefan Knorr. If you haven't played Graal, visit http://www.graalonline.com and give it a try!

The New Zelda 64 Planet...

Howdy yall... For those that are wondering, The new Zelda 64 Planet will be released July 23, 1999, which is just about 2/3 of a year since the release of the Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time... ain't that grand... Now, Zelda: Oot is considered one of the best games on the N64 and is undoubtedly going to be a classic... I've made a little animation for everyone's viewing pleasure, so if you have the flash plug-in, visit the New Zelda 64 Planet at: https://members.tripod.com/z64planet/index.html

I know... I'm as amazed as you. I have decided to reopen Zelda 64 Planet... I would tell you that I'm only coming back because I felt there needed to be a quality site dedicated to Zelda: Oot... or that I wanted to do it for the fans or something... but that would be lying. There are plenty of good Zelda sites out there. I just came back, well because, I wanted too... Kind of a sucky explanation huh? Well here's the news I missed while I was gone:
Zelda: Oot becomes a "Player's Choice", price reduced to $39.99.
That is all... Hey, how much news can you get from a game that was released over 6 months ago? Well, the good news, is I'm going to fix up the design a bit... I'm moving the site to https://members.tripod.com/z64planet/ so if you wanna see my progress, you can check it out every now and then. The site will not be officially moved until zap.to/z64planet points to the new site... which won't be for another month or so. If you have any ideas on how I can make the design better, write to me at z64planet@hotmail.com.

Hey everyone, this is Kheang85 the webmaster here at Z64 Planet. The site's been online for about 5 months now and I've decided it is time to close the site. It's been fun working on the site and I'd like to thank all the visitors for making the site what it is. Especially the ones that sent in their fan art, mail, etc. and our affiliate Sm64 Central. This will be the last update here at the site. Thanx to you all...

E3 News: Ura-Zelda
|
May 13, 1999
|
|
Famitsu, a weekly Japanese gaming magazine, confirmed previous news about the details of Ura-Zelda, an add-on adventure to Oot recently. The game will more than likely be cartridge-based, meaning it won't be supported by the 64DD. Other reports in the past have predicted the use of a lock-on cart, that will snap onto the Oot cart. None of these rumors have been confirmed by Nintendo, as of yet.

If you were wondering, which you probably weren't, I haven't been able to update because of school. I am however, working on a new design for the site, that will be completed before the end of May. If you hate this site, that's great, because now you can tell me how to improve it. Send your suggestions to z64planet@hotmail.com.
